Appointments: We suggest that you schedule an appointment for your pet in an attempt to provide both you and your pet a convenient, efficient and safe visit to our hospital with a minimum of delays. We make every effort to adhere to the appointment schedule. We occasionally run behind due to emergencies, and we ask for your patience and understanding.
If you prefer to see a specific doctor, let us know when you schedule your appointment, and when you arrive.
Please keep our pet on a leash or in a carrier at all time. This will avoid exposure to other patients and avoid escapes.
Emergencies
During regular office hours emergencies will be seen immediately. Please let us know when you call or upon arrival at the hospital, that you have an emergency situation.
If your pet requires immediate attention after hours, please call the Emergency Animal Clinic at (480)949-8001.
After hours examination and treatments at DC Ranch Animal Hospital are charged an additional emergency fee and all charges are due at the time services are rendered.
